While experience within the Employment Services sector is highly regarded, if you have great communications skills and experience in sales, building networks, agency recruitment and/or training?  This could be your new career!

As our next Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating employment opportunities for participants in our Workforce Australia program. You'll spend your time building relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and connecting them with job-ready candidates who are looking for meaningful, sustainable employment.

This is not a desk-bound sales role. You'll be out in the community, networking with businesses, growing your employer network and making a real impact every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with local employers and industry partners
• Identifying and securing new job opportunities across your region
• Promoting and marketing suitable candidates to employers
• Working closely with Employment Consultants to match participants to vacancies
• Developing community and business networks
• Providing interview skills and training to participants
• Championing positive outcomes for both employers and participants
• Managing your pipeline and achieving performance targets

You don't need Employment Services experience to be successful, but it helps.
