Business Development Manager, Razer Gold

• Developing marketing strategies. (both offline and online marketing)
• Design, plan, present, execute and evaluate events and promotions for responsible
• products.
• Follow up, analyze situation relation among competitor information, current market trends and overall related. of gaming industrial and apply to company strategic.
• Initiate a window for business opportunity and growing relationship with potential and existing partners.
• Bring a creative vision, challenge when needed, share & learning.
• Drive & Develop Payment channels growth in both strategically and technically
• Work with HQ team to encourage campaign and execute specific campaign when it comes to local networks.
• ROI oriented and track/analyses of each campaign executed between merchants and channels.
• Responsible for merchants and payment relationships and the opening of channels to drive distribution for Razer Gold.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, proposals and agreements with clients and prospects and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer.
• Develop long-term partnerships with the assigned accounts for the benefit of both companies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment service provider.
• Business & CLMV marketing would be advantage.
• Fluent command of English
• Business level’s command of Chinese
• Good understanding in payment service provider business.
• Good understanding in online game and mobile game business.
• Basic knowledge of accounts, legal.
• A strong leader with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Program management skills e.g. what are programs that required? , relationship management,
• interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross functional teams with an eye for detail.
• Pc literate in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Alert, aggressive and strong sense of commitment.
• High sense of responsibility.
