🟨 RESPONSABILITÉS / MISSIONS :
En tant que Business Development Manager Nelson® France, vous aurez pour rôle de conquérir de nouveaux marchés en France.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Ingénieurs d’Application, l’équipe marketing et commerciale ainsi que le Service Clients.
Vos missions :
Développement et Prospection Commerciale
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients, en ciblant principalement les secteurs du génie civil et du soudage.
- Qualifier les opportunités commerciales issues des leads générés par les équipes internes et les actions marketing.
- Détecter et analyser les opportunités de ventes additionnelles, telles que le lancement de nouveaux produits ou l’élargissement de l’offre, pour accroître le chiffre d’affaires.
Gestion de la Relation Client et Collaboration Interne
- Comprendre en profondeur les besoins des clients potentiels afin de construire des relations de confiance et durables.
- Présenter les solutions et services adaptés, en valorisant les avantages compétitifs de l’entreprise.
- Travailler en synergie avec les équipes commerciales internes et externes pour maximiser la conversion des opportunités de vente.
- Élaborer et piloter des plans de comptes stratégiques pour assurer la croissance des ventes à court et long terme.
Suivi Commercial, Négociation et Fidélisation
- Assurer une gestion rigoureuse du CRM SalesForce en consignant des informations détaillées sur les interactions et opportunités.
- Mener les négociations et conclure les ventes dans le respect des conditions commerciales définies (marge, politique tarifaire, etc.).
- Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients en garantissant un accompagnement personnalisé et de qualité.
🟨 PROFIL RECHERCHE :
Issu/e d’une formation en commerce ou technique, vous avez une première expérience dans la vente B2B, la distribution et les OEM au sein d’une organisation internationale est un atout et vous :
- Etes orienté/e résultats
- Avez connaissance du secteur de la construction (BTP, structure, ouvrages d’art)
- Etes bon/ne communicant/e, à l’écoute et dans le partage,
- Etes organisé/e et rigoureux/se
Et également vous :
- Parlez anglais
- Maîtrisez Excel et idéalement SalesForce
