  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent reporting through CRM systems and sales tools, dedicating time daily to pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Operate in line with Emerson’s ethics, compliance, and quality standards at all times.
Who You Are:
You consistently identify new opportunities and build strong customer relationships by understanding diverse stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable strategies. You take ownership of goals, balancing strategic direction with practical execution while maintaining accountability for results. You collaborate effectively across teams, communicating clearly and adapting your approach to work within structured plans while remaining flexible in dynamic environments. You act with integrity and foster trust, demonstrating sound judgment and a commitment to ethical practices in all interactions.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of industrial customers, OEM environments, or gas distribution and transmission markets.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within defined strategic frameworks.
