Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales and drive business growth through strategic lead generation and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key account management.
- Be knowledgeable with company technology (training to be provided).
- Understand business models and consistently seek new opportunities.
- Research and bid for sports and entertainment events in Jordan.
- Develop good relationships with all relevant government agencies.
- Develop good relationships with all venues in Jordan.
- Actively attend all large scale events and constantly be aware of the competition
- Motivate and monitor sales teams set road plans to deliver sales targets in the future.
Requirements
- Bachelor university degree.
- Experience in leading a sales team and people management skills.
- Experience in the event industry in Jordan.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Social person to maintain key clients relationships.
- Ability to set budgets and track team performance.
- Driving license.
- Fluency in English/Arabic.
