The role supports digital advertising, CRM, creative, landing pages, and other marketing activations while flagging delays and assisting with client communications and smaller accounts.

Investigate customer payment issues and process refunds end-to-end. Verify transaction status, issue and re-issue refunds, attach proof, manage tickets across channels, reconcile daily records, gather chargeback evidence, and escalate per procedure.

Lead delivery of B2B product and integration projects from intake through release. Run Agile ceremonies, manage scope and dependencies, shape discovery, build and maintain advanced Jira systems and AI automations, communicate technical constraints to partners, and support RFPs and stakeholder communications.

Own planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta and Google to drive ticket sales. Build and test campaigns, manage budgets, maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Google tags), run analysis and reporting (Looker Studio), collaborate with creative/CRM/product teams, and use AI tools daily to speed copy, research and automation. Maintain data integrity and deliver actionable post-campaign insights.
