Job Description
Position SummaryThe role is focused on a specific set of the company's products and/or services to existing named accounts within a geographic territory. You will focus on maintaining relationships with existing named accounts. You may have your own accounts or work on a team.
You will report to the Sales Manager for the Independent Cart Technology (ICT) Business Unit within our Motion group and expected to be in a remote location in the Central Region of the USA. Location near the Long Island (NY) facility or Chelmsford (MA) facility may also be preferred.
The ICT business unit is experiencing record growth and leading-edge technology and is at the forefront of next generation automation across key industries to the global economy.
Your Responsibilities:This position is responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling ICT product solutions (iTRAK, Magnemotion, Anorad) to existing customers and acquiring new business.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of ICT products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell ICT product solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory
- Create and execute territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports RA revenue and profit targets
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in territory to understand evolving business needs and position products to meet these needs
- Regularly meet with RA Business Leads, RA Solution Consultants and Distributors to drive sales
- Work effectively with internal support departments (product management, engineering, quality, customer care, etc.) to support existing customers
- Attend conferences and professional associations meetings to help promote ICT products and generate brand awareness
- Travel: up to 50% in territory-weekday travel mostly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 50% of time.
- Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation with focus on motion and mechatronics

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
For this role, the total target compensation is from $134,960 - 202,440 USD of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
