Brink’s is a Global premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing and other value-added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.

We are currently looking for an Business Development Manager- Hunter, Small Business-Excellence Commercial Team. The position is remote, with the responsibility to promote new growth opportunities for both Unvended and competitor accounts in the territory of the Southwest Region including the following states. NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, AL MS

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing new revenue logo (New Customers) for all lines of service (Armored, ATM, & Digital Retail Solutions) within the assigned region.  As an effective Account Executive, you will expand market share by focusing on sales activities, lead engagment and self-prospecting efforts. Brink's Account Executives are result-oriented with a focus on growing profitable revenue for Brinks, by achieving the assigned growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business growth plans and drive profitable revenue with new logo clients, to understand their specific needs and provide value-added service solutions to promote partnerships for both clients and Brinks.
  • Cultivate new leads, through lead engagement and self-prospecting efforts, converting qualified leads into opportunties and successfully win opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage new accounts through onboarding and service implementation until transferring clients over the life cycle management teams.
  • Expand market share where Brink's does not have a strong presence to support branch growth and operational efficiencies through route optimization and density.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to manage one's business without daily supervision and coaching. Utilize all available resources to support and promote role mastery of position.
  • Maintain a documented "pipeline" of sales activity and prospecting through salesforce hygiene and accuracy. Build pipeline to levels through both lead engagment and self- prospecting efforts to support revenue goals and assigned sales plans.
  • Participate in the planning process by forecasting revenue, performing market analysis, by developing strategies for new client targeting to prevent pipeline impacts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing relationships and selling multiple integrated product/service solutions to strategic or local accounts within a region
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in complex enterprise solutions sales
  • Knowledge of salesforce
  • Experience working in, or selling to, the small commercial and or financial industries.
  • Bachelor's degree- Preferred
