This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in revenue management software and hospitality technology. You’ll identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships and help hotels maximise performance through smart distribution and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share for STAAH’s hospitality software solutions

  • Identify and engage with hotels, hotel groups and hospitality partners across the region

  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and customer needs

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively

  • Track KPIs and revenue targets, providing regular performance reports to management

  • Stay up to date with OTA dynamics, industry trends and revenue management best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within:

    • Revenue Management Software, and/or

    • Hospitality technology solutions

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Hotel distribution systems

    • OTAs

    • Property Management Systems (PMS)

    • Pricing and revenue strategies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office

  • Familiarity with revenue management platforms is highly desirable
