As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of assigned accounts, customers, and partners. You will identify emerging technology opportunities, develop trusted relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, increase market share, and expand customer value.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who combines market insight, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
 

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and increased wallet share across assigned accounts.
  • Identify emerging technology trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to create new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, vendors, and strategic partners to drive long-term success.
  • Generate, manage, and convert sales opportunities through proactive pipeline development and business planning.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-based business recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, product, and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Enable partners through training, sales tools, and go-to-market support to maximize adoption and business growth.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth objectives.
What Will Help You Succeed
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, technology ecosystems, and consultative or project-based selling environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to interpret market trends and develop actionable business strategies.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
