Why work for Aussie?

Founded in regional Victoria almost 20 years ago, we are local from the ground up. What started in a living room in Morwell, has now expanded to every corner of Australia - we’re growing fast and not slowing down!

Our fantastic culture lives and breathes our values:

We care about our community through our Pledge 1% commitment, sponsorship programs and our paid staff community service leave offering.

But don’t just take our word for it – We have been named one of the top employers in Australia by HRD magazine.

The good stuff

  • 26 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers (in addition to any government-paid leave)

  • Discounted internet up to the value of $109 per month

  • 20% off our Mobile services

  • Day to day benefits like flexible working arrangements, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), discounts with big names like Specsavers, HCF and many more

  • Celebrating you! With monthly rewards and recognition

  • Internal training and resources for you to continue to learn, grow and achieve your career goals

Let’s talk about you

You’re someone who builds trust through empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. You’re energised by collaboration and take pride in guiding customers toward meaningful solutions. You bring a thoughtful approach to complex challenges and enjoy working in a values-led environment where relationships matter.

  • Have a deep understanding of technology solution selling - especially SD-WAN, security, and managed services.

  • Bring experience working with enterprise and government sectors (selling complex solutions is a bonus, but not essential).

  • Think creatively and position Aussie Broadband as a true technology partner.

  • Feel comfortable engaging with C-Level stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.

  • Can manage a dynamic pipeline across enterprise segments with care and focus.

  • Are comfortable presenting complex solutions in a way that’s clear, commercial, and human.

  • Advocate for strategic opportunities and know how to bring them to life.

  • Enjoy representing your team at industry events, roundtables, and networking opportunities.

  • Stay curious about the tech landscape and what our industry peers are up to.

  • Are experienced in guiding customer engagement for tenders and large responses.

  • Know how to work with technology vendors to build reciprocal, value-driven partnerships.

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Business Development Manager – Enterprise & Government, you’ll help us connect organisations with technology that makes a real difference. You’ll be part of a team that’s changing the game in security, and managed services - and you’ll help us tell that story with clarity, care, and impact.

  • Share the Aussie Broadband value proposition with enterprise and government customers.

  • Stay focused on achieving key sales outcomes while staying true to our values.

  • Build strong relationships with industry partners and stay across emerging trends.

What We Do

Aussie Broadband is in business to change the telco game. We're a rapidly growing internet service provider with a reputation for providing high-quality internet, transparent customer service and a great place to work. We are proud to have an all-Australian based support team, and don't need to go offshore. We believe it is possible to work smarter, not harder, and keep jobs locally. We've evolved from a start-up in a lounge room in Morwell, later merging with Westvic Broadband, and now listed on the ASX. We are the fifth largest provider of NBN services across Australia. We offer a range of services across the residential, small business and enterprise segments, wholesale and white label segments. Aussie Broadband is also well-known for operating a quality network, with the rollout of our own fibre network across Australia underway. We not only challenge the game in telco, but also other games worth playing - like a focus on inclusion, values that live within the business rather than on the walls, how a rapidly growing company can still feel like a family, how we can make our communities better, and how a regional business can make a national impact.
