Key Responsibilities
Identify new clients and business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking and payment collection.
Develop relationships with dealers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for successful project delivery.
Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
Identify opportunities in electrical contracts, panels, and related services.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the electrical industry.
Electrical Engineering qualification is an advantage.
Good understanding of electrical contracts.
Experience in estimation/pricing of BOM/BOQ is preferred.
Knowledge of LV/MV wiring, panels, and electrical components is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the electrical industry
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, or another degree with relevant project sales experience
- Good understanding of electrical contracts
- Experience estimating and pricing BOM/BOQ
- Knowledge of LV/MV wiring, panels, and electrical components
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
