We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager, Dell to lead our enterprise storage business.

This role is key to managing high-value project-based deals, expanding our Tier 1 partner network, and accelerating growth in the IT distribution space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives for enterprise storage products, including SAN, NAS, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
  • Project Deal Execution: Identify, qualify, and close large-scale enterprise deals in collaboration with vendors and channel partners.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Recruit and onboard Tier 1 partners to strengthen our distribution network.
  • Channel Enablement: Deliver training, sales tools, and support to partners for successful go-to-market execution.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct engagement and partner collaboration.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with vendors, distributors, resellers, and enterprise customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT distribution or channel sales, with a focus on enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies and project-based selling.
  • Demonstrated success in partner recruitment and enablement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
