Skills Required
- Graduate or MBA
- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading sourcing operations in CV/CE or auto finance
- Proven experience managing frontline sales and business development teams
- Stakeholder relationship management with customers, dealers, DSAs, and partners
- Knowledge of regulatory and organizational compliance
- Experience in collections management and receivables optimization
- Ability to cross-sell liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP)
- Financial analysis, client credit/risk assessment, and structuring finance proposals
- Track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Experience onboarding dealers and DSAs
