Responsibilities:Manage a growing $6M+ market and drive sales growth by expanding key OEM accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Build and manage strategic customer relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support growth strategies.
Partner with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-focused solutions and new product opportunities.
Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, pricing, and account strategies through CRM and data-driven analysis.
Travel up to 50% across North America to support customers, uncover opportunities, and strengthen key account relationships.
Experience in sales, marketing or product management with track record of increasing responsibility
Experience in gears, valves, pneumatics, automation, robotics, power transmission, or related industrial markets is highly preferred
Ability to sell technical products and communicate effectively with both engineers and executive decision-makers
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and contract management skills
Experience in strategic, data-driven long-term growth
Engineering degree preferred in mechanical engineering, product/marketing management, technology or comparable knowledge and qualifications acquired in practice
