Based in China and reporting to the Business Development Director Europe, this position serves as a critical bridge between the European and Chinese organizations, with a strong focus on building and strengthening relationships with Chinese customers.General Responsibilities • Evaluates, analyzes, and formulates strategies for business growth • Work closely with leadership to develop business development strategy • Lead analysis of market trends and helping to translate them into our product roadmap • Identify prospective clients and work with the team to craft effective outreach initiatives • Collaborate with leadership on development of project proposals that effectively frame opportunities and articulate the steps and phases of a project Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
