Shape the future of the Internet
As Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you'll be key in defining Cloud/Linode solutions during presales. Guiding customers in strategic and technical Cloud transformation, you'll drive Linode service adoption and consumption. In addition, you'll also be the thought-leader in cloud computing both outside and within Akamai.
As a Technical Solutions Architect Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Linode opportunities in China, Beijing as a public cloud presales engineer, supporting APJ, and leading technical sales.
- Driving customer success and Linode adoption within the account team; cloud service delivery experience is beneficial.
- Leading solution innovation, promoting local tech trends, and shaping the product roadmap with global managers.
- Building technical thought leadership in Cloud Computing/Linode to drive Akamai's business growth.
- Leading Pre-Sales SME enablement groups on Linode and public cloud technology stack.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role with public cloud, consulting, hosting, or cloud software expertise.
- Demonstrate excellent experience in architecting complex IaaS solutions for customers.
- Possess one or more professional level certifications from AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle and/or CNCF.
- Demonstrate in-depth skills & certifications in at least three of: Kubernetes, cloud, AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle, AI & GPU, IaC/CI/CD and/or CNCF.
- Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on skills in open source including but not limited to: Apache Web Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, Terraform, etc.
- Demonstrate good expertise in GPU-based infrastructure including GPU workload optimization, distributed inference and scaling strategies is ideal.
- Demonstrate excellent English & Mandarin written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to technical and non-technical audiences

Skills Required
