PLACEMENT: Bandung/Jakarta
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow new business opportunities.
- Lead online & offline canvassing efforts to expand the leads pipeline.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate and structure commercial deals based on client needs and market trends.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers understand and maximize the value of our products/services.
- Drive user performance by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and market opportunities.
