Too Lost Fall 2026 Internship Program
This is an unpaid for credit ONLY internship.
To be eligible you must be:
Currently enrolled at a college / university in the United States
Program Dates: September 8th to December 11th.
Commit to working a minimum of 2 days or 15 hours per week (up to 24)
Must work in person from our LA Office
Working days must be Monday through Thursdays (no Fridays)

Interested in music, strategy, and the business behind the release? Too Lost is looking for driven interns to join our summer program and gain hands-on experience across our LA and NY teams. This is a chance to learn how a modern music distribution company supports artists and partners through strategy, marketing, operations, and deal execution.
The Role
As our Business Development Intern you will work closely with the Business Development team to support partnership initiatives, market analysis, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution tied to the company’s growth strategy. This internship offers hands-on experience in how partnerships are sourced, evaluated, and advanced within a fast-moving music and technology environment. Interns will build practical skills in research, coordination, and strategic problem-solving while gaining exposure to the pace and collaboration required to drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
White Label Bug Testing: Learning the technical quality assurance process.
Feedback Organization: Managing and organizing testing feedback.
Communication Support: Summarizing support communications.
General Administration: Providing administrative support for the white label product.
Prospecting: Research prospective partners, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
Admin: Help maintain pipeline trackers, prepare internal reports, and organize materials for meetings and partnership discussions.
Capstone: Deliver a capstone project at the end of the internship that reflects key learnings and contributes to the team’s business development goals.
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in music or technology services sales
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, etc.
