We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Analyst to support our growth agenda across Latin America.
Working closely with the Business Development VP for Latin America and teams across the region, this role will support the identification, tracking and development of new business opportunities, while helping organize and activate the knowledge, insights and materials needed to strengthen pitches and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the tracking and follow-up of new business opportunities across Latin America, including pipeline, open, won and lost opportunities.
- Coordinate with market leaders and account teams to ensure business development information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports, helping analyze pipeline activity, wins, losses, trends and key opportunities.
- Assist with background checks, conflict checks, client vetting and other due diligence processes related to new business opportunities.
- Support the Business Development VP on strategic and multi-market opportunities, coordinating timelines, materials, stakeholders and follow-ups.
- Assist in the development of pitches, credentials, presentations and other business development materials.
- Gather, organize and maintain case studies, capabilities presentations and relevant examples of work from teams across Latin America.
- Help identify relevant research, insights, data and intellectual property that can strengthen pitches and client opportunities.
- Support the adaptation, translation and localization of regional and global materials when required.
- Collaborate with teams across different LATAM markets to ensure requests, materials and deliverables are properly coordinated.
- Maintain accurate information in trackers, CRM systems and other growth tools, supporting data quality and consistency across markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Consulting or a related professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to organize and synthesize information.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, CRM systems and reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and levels of seniority.
- Curious, proactive and eager to develop expertise in Business Development, Growth, research and knowledge management.
