Job Description And Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with the operation team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from clients and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders in China
Qualifications and Requirement
- Master's degree in Finance/ Business Administration or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients effectively
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Flexible to travel to client location
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Bilingual Chinese required
