What we typically look for:
Previous experience within the energy sector is essential
6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales
Confidence discussing energy-related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders
A target-driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings
Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline
Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in energy and sustainability
What we offer (when roles are live):
£25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more
