We’re always keen to connect with ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals with experience in the energy sector who want to be part of a high-performing, purpose-led consultancy as we continue to grow.

As part of our long-term growth plans, we are building a Talent Pool of energy-experienced lead generation and outbound sales professionals who are motivated by strong earning potential and long-term career development.

Our expanding sales function offers the chance to forge your own career path, choosing from key areas of the business including Net Zero & Sustainability, Energy Management, and Utilities & New Connections. Whether your goal is to move into leadership, shift industries, or become a top-performing salesperson, we’ll support you every step of the way.

What we typically look for:

  • Previous experience within the energy sector is essential

  • 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales

  • Confidence discussing energy-related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders

  • A target-driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings

  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline

  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in energy and sustainability

What we offer (when roles are live):

  • £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

  • Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more
