In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the market presence of Convene. Key Responsibilities:• Achieve sales targets independently through proactive sales and business development strategies.
• Deliver effective software demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
• Generate qualified sales leads (SQL) through targeted outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
This role requires significant interaction (face-to-face or via other communication channels) with clients/prospects, partners, and Azeus staff.
Qualifications:• At least 1-3 years of software sales experience in the assigned region.
• Educational background in Business Management or IT.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Proven experience within global IT vendor companies.
• Experience in software or hardware sales within finance, publicly listed companies, large enterprises, and the public sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate should reside in Kazakhstan.
• Fluency in English, Kazakh, Russian.
