The Role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to engage and qualify marketing-generated leads. This role focuses on timely outreach, relationship building, and setting up opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated through email marketing campaigns
- Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
- Qualify leads, understand prospect needs, and assess fit
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity and lead status in the CRM
Requirements:
- Up-to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Goal-oriented, organized, and persistent
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or IT services sales
- Familiarity with email marketing and lead qualification frameworks
