Conduct online research to identify and validate company information, match entities against existing records, manage data-room files, and maintain accurate, audit-ready datasets. The role requires independent judgment when handling ambiguous or conflicting information, strong spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and clear communication about data issues and process improvements.

Design, develop, debug, optimize, and maintain scalable desktop and backend applications using modern C++. Apply multithreading, memory management, OOP, STL, design patterns, and performance optimization. Collaborate in Agile teams, conduct code reviews and unit testing, manage code with Git and Azure DevOps, troubleshoot technical issues, and use AI-assisted development with human oversight.

Prepare and validate data, develop recurring and ad hoc reports, and create user-friendly dashboards using approved visualization platforms. Document metrics, business rules, and reporting logic while ensuring data accuracy, governance, usability, and visual consistency. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, business intelligence leads, and stakeholders to deliver analytical assets, participate in Agile ceremonies, manage updates, and support enterprise reporting initiatives.

Translates workforce scheduling, compliance, time-tracking, and operational workflows into system requirements and scalable configurations. Leads discovery workshops, data validation, workflow design, dashboard configuration, test planning, and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing. Documents functional gaps and requirements for Product and Engineering teams while serving as the liaison between clients and technical stakeholders. Supports implementation through workflow diagrams, functional documentation, KPI analysis, and root-cause resolution.

Test and validate client user interfaces against accessibility requirements, recommend technical fixes, and advise clients on implementing digital accessibility standards. The role requires strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise, knowledge of Section 508, EN 301 549, and WCAG 2.x, plus excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with mobile testing, design systems, web frameworks, and document accessibility is advantageous.

Owns AI and machine learning model and agent behavior from problem framing and algorithm selection through fine-tuning, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production serving. The role requires deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, statistics, agent memory, knowledge graphs, cloud deployment, and production model lifecycle tooling. Partners with data engineering while leading algorithm, prompting, and evaluation decisions, with opportunities to guide technical discovery and client workshops.

Designs and operates production data platforms supporting warehouses, streaming and batch pipelines, semantic layers, RAG systems, embeddings, vector stores, and AI feature pipelines. Responsibilities include dimensional modeling, data contracts, lineage, observability, testing, governance, cost optimization, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and API delivery. Partners with data scientists and stakeholders, mentors engineers, and ensures reliable, secure, and maintainable data systems.

Lead end-to-end computer vision projects, developing and deploying models, optimizing algorithms for video analytics, and mentoring junior engineers.
