Owns and elevates the SSI brand’s visual execution across brand, marketing, campaign, presentation, digital, and social assets. Translates strategy into visual systems, maintains design guidelines, leads hands-on design, reviews creative work, and ensures high standards for layout, typography, and storytelling. Collaborates with creative, content, marketing, and growth teams; builds scalable templates; leverages AI and automation; mentors designers; and improves design quality and efficiency.

Partners with sales teams to identify client needs, design cloud and enterprise solutions, and communicate technical value. Develops presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, proposals, estimates, pricing models, infrastructure sizing, and architectural plans. Supports vendor partnerships and contract negotiations, mentors junior staff, standardizes presales processes, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Requires strong cloud architecture, technical sales, communication, project management, and proposal development experience.

Translates workforce scheduling, compliance, time-tracking, and operational workflows into system requirements and scalable configurations. Leads discovery workshops, data validation, workflow design, dashboard configuration, test planning, and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing. Documents functional gaps and requirements for Product and Engineering teams while serving as the liaison between clients and technical stakeholders. Supports implementation through workflow diagrams, functional documentation, KPI analysis, and root-cause resolution.

Build and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines using PySpark, Spark, SQL, and Databricks. Develop data models, optimize large-scale data processing, create AI-ready analytical datasets, and incorporate business logic into reliable pipeline architectures. The role involves solving complex data engineering challenges, improving standards and processes, and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Test and validate client user interfaces against accessibility requirements, recommend technical fixes, and advise clients on implementing digital accessibility standards. The role requires strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise, knowledge of Section 508, EN 301 549, and WCAG 2.x, plus excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with mobile testing, design systems, web frameworks, and document accessibility is advantageous.

Owns AI and machine learning model and agent behavior from problem framing and algorithm selection through fine-tuning, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production serving. The role requires deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, statistics, agent memory, knowledge graphs, cloud deployment, and production model lifecycle tooling. Partners with data engineering while leading algorithm, prompting, and evaluation decisions, with opportunities to guide technical discovery and client workshops.

Designs and operates production data platforms supporting warehouses, streaming and batch pipelines, semantic layers, RAG systems, embeddings, vector stores, and AI feature pipelines. Responsibilities include dimensional modeling, data contracts, lineage, observability, testing, governance, cost optimization, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and API delivery. Partners with data scientists and stakeholders, mentors engineers, and ensures reliable, secure, and maintainable data systems.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations of an AI workforce suite for shift-based organizations (primarily healthcare). Own discovery through go-live, integrations (EMR/ERP/Time & Attendance), change management, executive stakeholder alignment, analytics validation, and deliver measurable workforce optimization outcomes.

Scope, design, and build a rule-based reconciliation and automation layer within NetSuite to automate cash-receipt matching (~90-95%). Perform discovery on the live NetSuite instance, implement SuiteScript/SuiteTalk/RESTlet integrations, handle edge cases (split payments, remittance matching, duplicates), create exception queues, integrate bank/remittance feeds, deliver iteratively, and produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Writes case studies, use cases, website content, newsletters, video concepts, campaigns, and social media content for a digital solutions company. Translates complex technical delivery work into clear business stories, maintains brand voice, applies SEO and content strategy, optimizes content using performance data, and collaborates with subject-matter experts, delivery teams, and designers through editorial review processes.

Design, develop, and maintain C++17-based embedded Linux applications and secure web-enabled servers for Industrial IoT. Implement secure communications (TLS/mTLS, WebSocket, RBAC), integrate industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT), optimize performance for resource-constrained devices, support Yocto-based builds and OTA deployments, and integrate WebAssembly components while ensuring code quality and testing.

Lead end-to-end computer vision projects, developing and deploying models, optimizing algorithms for video analytics, and mentoring junior engineers.
