Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and, if applicable, additional languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Adaptability to different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
