ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is based in our Mexico City office, covering the Mexican, Central American, and Caribbean markets—a high-growth region for the company over the next five years. Our focus is on industries with significant information gaps in international markets, offering immense potential for strategic development.


We are seeking a consultative salesperson who excels at building relationships with clients across the corporate, agency, financial services, and consultancy sectors. You should be intellectually curious, driven by complex sales, and skilled at uncovering client needs. In this role, you will:


  • Assess and understand clients’ needs
  • Align those needs with our award-winning products and services
  • Drive new business opportunities and win new clients

This is a demanding role that requires strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a goal-oriented mindset.


REPORTING STRUCTURE

You will report to the Sales Manager, North of LATAM. If you hold a degree in business and are passionate about the information industry, international business, and working alongside strategic decision-makers, Euromonitor provides an environment where you can grow personally and professionally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new business sales and consistently meet sales targets
  • Assess territory potential and prospect for new accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize potential
  • Cultivate relationships through high levels of activity, including in-person meetings and cold calls
  • Deliver impactful presentations
  • Write compelling proposals to secure new clients
  • Maintain clear and effective internal communication
  • Manage and balance pipeline for sustained growth
  • Achieve developmental benchmarks aligned with company goals

Please note that this role is hybrid, 3 days per week in our Santa Fe office location.


Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated attitude
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, international markets and market research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook
  • Goal-oriented, target-driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Language: Bilingual with advanced proficiency in English
