CACI is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to support growth of Oracle-based solutions across the Federal market within CACI’s Digital and Enterprise Solutions (D&ES) Lines of Business.
This role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and supporting capture of opportunities tied to Oracle enterprise platforms, cloud solutions, database modernization, ERP modernization, application modernization, data management, and mission-aligned digital transformation. The successful candidate will bring Federal sales experience, strong customer engagement skills, and either OEM sales or engineering experience that can help translate Oracle capabilities into differentiated CACI solutions. This role requires collaboration across business development, capture, solution architecture, OEM partners, operations, and proposal teams. Up to 50% travel within the continental United States should be expected.
Responsibilities:
• Build, qualify, and manage a D&ES pipeline aligned with CACI’s strategic growth priorities focused on Oracle solutions across the Federal market.
• Identify and pursue opportunities tied to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise business systems.
• Support go-to-market strategies for Oracle-based opportunities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
• Leverage OEM sales or engineering experience to align Oracle capabilities with customer mission requirements and CACI delivery strengths.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Federal customers, Oracle stakeholders, industry partners, and internal CACI teams.
• Collaborate with OEMs, industry partners, solution architects, and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and differentiated capture plans.
• Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to support Sector and Corporate decision-making.
• Support Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
• Track, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity within CACI’s internal systems.
• Work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to support compliant and compelling proposals.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of Business Development, sales, account management, capture, or growth experience supporting Federal Government technology opportunities.
• Federal sales experience supporting enterprise software, cloud, data, ERP, application modernization, or digital transformation opportunities.
• Experience working with Oracle solutions, Oracle partner ecosystems, or comparable enterprise technology platforms.
• OEM sales or engineering experience with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value and growth strategies.
• Understanding of Federal acquisition environments, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting capture strategies, partner engagement, proposal development, and customer account planning.
• US Citizen, with an Active Federal clearance or ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance, public trust, or agency suitability determination.

• Familiarity with major Federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order-based growth.
• Active Secret, Top Secret, public trust, or current agency suitability.
• Located in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
