募集概要：

Business Development (以下BD）は、グローバル市場におけるプレゼンス拡大において重要な役割を担っています。BDは、Cレベルの経営層との信頼関係を構築し、彼らの重要課題を理解することで、新たなビジネス機会を発掘し、業界の視点からクライアントに価値を提供。

営業プロセス全体（見込み顧客の特定から契約締結、最終的にはアカウントマネジメントチームへの引き継ぎまで）を主導します。

当社のビジネス開発チームは、クライアントとの信頼に基づく関係構築、長期的な価値提供、自身のビジネス拡大に対して常に情熱を持って取り組んでいます。成果志向でありながら、アカウントマネージャーとの連携も重視し、卓越したクライアント体験の提供に努めています。

主な業務内容：

• 担当エリア内の新規企業に対して、Cレベルの意思決定者をターゲットに営業活動を行い、初回アプローチから契約締結までを担当

• 見込み顧客をGartnerの新規クライアントへと転換し、営業交渉からアカウントマネジメントチームへの引き継ぎまでを一貫して実施

• インサイト、ガイダンス、実用的なツールを組み合わせて、クライアントとのパートナーシップに価値を提供

• 高品質な営業機会のパイプラインを継続的に構築し、営業指標（KPI）を達成

• 担当エリアにおける売上目標の達成責任

• 複雑かつ高収益な営業案件を、多様なビジネス環境で管理

• 月次・四半期・年次での売上予測およびアカウント計画の策定

• B2B営業経験1年以上（無形商材の営業経験が望ましい）

• 新規開拓営業の経験がある方歓迎

• Cレベルの経営層への営業または影響力を持った経験

• 営業目標の達成実績

• 複雑な営業プロセスを正確に管理・予測できる能力

Gartnerではハイブリッドワーク環境を採用しており、業務上の必要に応じてオフィス勤務とリモート勤務を組み合わせています。営業チームでは、週に数回のオフィス勤務がある場合もあり、マネージャーとの1on1、チームミーティング、表彰、スキルアップセッションなど、対面での方が効果的な活動を重視しています。オフィスでの交流は、社内の関係構築や協働、学び、成長の機会となります。
