Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Lead the resolution of complex and critical customer inquiries, delivering first-level support and guiding customers through service solutions, system navigation, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Key Account Management, Finance, Operations) to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.
  • Oversee the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in ERP systems and clear communication of outcomes to customers.
  • Monitor customer account performance, utilizing control and financial reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service-related data within CRM systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to key performance metrics.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives by coaching team members, providing feedback, and fostering a positive customer experience through proactive communication and quality monitoring.
  • Proactively manage high-priority issues related to service delivery and order fulfilment, working closely with internal teams such as Logistics and Operations to minimize impacts and keep customers informed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for operational enhancements, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with customer service best practices.

En CHEP Argentina, buscamos un/a Business Development Executive (perfil Hunter) con fuerte mentalidad comercial y orientación a resultados, para liderar la captación de nuevos clientes y expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado argentino.

El rol será responsable de desarrollar desde cero una cartera propia de prospectos, liderar procesos de venta consultiva complejos y convertir oportunidades en clientes activos, generando impacto directo en el crecimiento del negocio.

Buscamos un perfil altamente autónomo, con capacidad de prospección constante, resiliencia comercial y sólido entendimiento del entorno logístico‑industrial.

Responsabilidades Clave1. Prospección Estratégica & Generación de Demanda (Core Hunter)
  • Construir, nutrir y gestionar una cartera activa de prospectos en industrias estratégicas.
  • Ejecutar prospección continua vía llamadas, visitas, networking, eventos y herramientas digitales (ej. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Identificar decisores, sponsors e influenciadores clave dentro de las cuentas target.
  • Detectar oportunidades a partir del análisis de operaciones logísticas y cadenas de suministro.
  • Crear relaciones desde cero y posicionar a CHEP como socio estratégico.
  • Liderar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección → diagnóstico → propuesta → negociación → cierre.
2. Gestión Comercial, Negociación & Cierre
  • Comprender en profundidad la operación del prospecto para diseñar propuestas de valor personalizadas, alineadas a necesidades logísticas, financieras y de sostenibilidad.
  • Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales, business cases, modelos de ahorro y análisis de ROI.
  • Negociar contratos con tomadores de decisión senior.
  • Coordinar pruebas piloto y acompañar el proceso hasta la conversión efectiva.
  • Cumplir y superar objetivos comerciales (nuevos clientes, ingresos, volumen y margen).
  • Realizar un handover efectivo hacia los equipos de Account Management y Operaciones.
3. Gestión de Pipeline, Forecast & Performance
  • Mantener un pipeline robusto, calificado y actualizado en Salesforce.
  • Desarrollar forecasts de nuevos negocios con alto nivel de precisión.
  • Segmentar prospectos según potencial, industria, madurez y probabilidad de cierre.
  • Medir y optimizar performance comercial: actividad, conversión, productividad y ciclo de ventas.
  • Identificar riesgos, blockers y oportunidades para maximizar resultados.
  • Asegurar la rentabilidad de los nuevos contratos.
4. Venta Consultiva Basada en Datos
  • Utilizar datos, benchmarks y análisis financieros como base del proceso de venta.
  • Construir modelos financieros, análisis de impacto y propuestas de valor cuantificables.
  • Desarrollar presentaciones ejecutivas de alto impacto.
  • Utilizar herramientas digitales de CHEP como diferencial competitivo.
5. Inteligencia Comercial & Desarrollo de Mercado
  • Analizar mercados, industrias y tendencias logísticas para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
  • Monitorear movimientos de la competencia y su posicionamiento estratégico.
  • Generar insights que contribuyan a la estrategia comercial.
  • Representar a CHEP en eventos, ferias y espacios de generación de leads.
6. Colaboración Interna
  • Trabajar de forma cross‑funcional con Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Customer Service y Legal.
  • Alinear propuestas comerciales con capacidades operativas y estratégicas.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de nuevos segmentos y propuestas de valor.

Formación
  • Licenciatura o estudios en Comercialización, Administración, Ingeniería, Logística, Negocios o afines (deseable).
Experiencia
  • 3–5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales B2B con foco en desarrollo de nuevos negocios (Hunter).
  • Experiencia comprobable abriendo cuentas desde cero y gestionando ciclos de venta consultiva.
  • Experiencia en industrias como:
    • Logística / Transporte
    • Supply Chain
    • Packaging industrial (altamente valorado)
    • Soluciones tecnológicas para operaciones
    • Servicios industriales o alquiler de equipamiento
  • Experiencia gestionando cartera propia de prospectos y pipeline.
