Context of the role
We are looking for strong individual achievers with solid GTM knowledge, network and successful sales results where they are based in, either Philippines (Manila / Quezon City) or Indonesia (Jakarta) or Thailand (Bangkok).
The Business Development will identify, negotiate and close new customers across the region, as a strong individual contributor. The right candidate will be target driven, with a passion and sense of ownership to deliver against target. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.

What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and activate
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms
- Open new markets, landing strategic logos and unlocking revenue fast
- Drive senior-level conversations with founders, C-suite, and product teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless go-lives and expand accounts
