About the Role
You’ll be responsible for winning new business and expanding our presence across 3 Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway and Iceland), leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—often engaging directly with C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting through to close, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in Salesforce.
Drive regular face-to-face engagement (10 F2F meetings/month).
Use MEDDPICC and Value Pyramid to deeply understand customer needs and align solutions.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, and Technical teams to close complex deals.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive long-term growth.
Collaborate with market planning, marketing, regulators, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.
Work with account management teams to close cross-sell opportunities.
Leverage tools such as Gong and Lusha to drive effective prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise solution sales, ideally within financial crime, fraud, identity, or compliance.
Fluent English required; additional Nordic language skills advantageous.
Proven track record of exceeding ACV targets in a complex, solution-based sales environment.
Strong expertise in the MEDDPICC framework, managing complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders
Previous experience in banking, fintech or regtech.
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
