We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to assist with our monetization efforts by developing and managing strategic partnerships for our innovative offerwall product. This role is crucial to our company's revenue generation and requires a deep understanding of the offerwall landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships with advertisers. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a proven track record in ad sales, preferably in the offerwall and affiliate marketing space.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive deals strategy to meet and/or exceed quarterly goals.
Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.
Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration.
Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
Monitor ad performance metrics within a designated book of business and identify areas for improvement.
Remain current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences to deliver the right offers that convert.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space.
Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players.
Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position is $100K-$150K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
