Position Summary
Catalent Beauty is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive new business acquisition across the EMEA region for our fast-growing beauty softgels platform. This is a high-impact hunter role designed for a strategic thinker with deep experience in consultative selling, value-based negotiation, and developing high-level client partnerships within the beauty, skincare, or CDMO industry.
The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term customers. As a senior face of the business in EMEA, this person will collaborate cross-functionally and globally to shape Catalent Beauty’s commercial growth and influence the regional sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
· Own commercial development in EMEA, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and strategic prospecting.
· Identify and close large, high-potential opportunities aligned with Catalent Beauty’s vision.
· Develop high-level commercial relationships with C-level or senior decision-makers in target beauty/skincare brands.
· Lead complex negotiations in coordination with legal, finance, and operations teams.
· Build and execute customer strategies with cross-functional input (R&D, Supply, Marketing).
· Represent Catalent Beauty in key trade shows and industry events as a senior commercial voice.
· Monitor market trends and provide feedback to help refine go-to-market strategy.
Key Requirements
· Minimum 8–10 years of business development experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or CDMO industries.
· Proven track record of acquiring new business and negotiating high-value deals.
· Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent presentation and influencing skills.
· Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders across functions.
· Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
· Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
