🔍 What You'll DoAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and initiating contact with potential client companies in the clinical research space. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
Mapping organizational structures to support strategic outreach
Contacting potential clients via phone and email, presenting OPIS’s services with clarity and professionalism
Coordinating and scheduling virtual or face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and OPIS senior staff
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM system
Following up with leads, managing communications, and building long-term relationships
This role is global in scope and may involve engaging with clients both within your home country and across Europe.
🎓 What You Bring1–3 years of sales experience (i.e Sales Development Representative,Business Development Representatives)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to research
Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Highly organized with strong planning skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset
