- Conduct market research and lead negotiations with concept shops, international stockists, and retail partners to secure new physical retail placements.
- Identify, apply for, and manage the brand’s participation in trade shows, pop-up markets, festivals, and other high-impact experiential events.
- Draft, review, and refine wholesale agreements, commission-based contracts, and partnership memorandums of understanding to ensure clarity and commercial viability.
