Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Accurately collect, update, and manage client information within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement growth and sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, client service plans, and retention initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform and refine marketing and business development approaches.
  • Assist in creating business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other key documents as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business partnerships and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with clients, management, and team members at all levels.
