•    Monitor fintech relationship performance and escalate concerns or identified risks appropriately.
•    Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion while meeting deadlines and communicating status updates.
•    Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of approved enhancements.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial statements and financial forecasts.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
•    Ability to evaluate business opportunities while maintaining appropriate risk awareness within a regulated banking environment.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Two or more years of experience in banking, fintech, consumer lending, credit analysis, business development, or a related field.
•    Experience supporting fintech, lending, payments, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or embedded finance programs.
•    Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements, third-party risk management, and fintech partnership oversight.
•    Experience reviewing portfolio and partner performance metrics and preparing business analysis reports.
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
