Job Description:

The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles.

The programme provides hands-on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision-making.

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.

In addition, graduates must be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside their initial region, gaining valuable international or regional exposure.

Your Impact in This Role

This assignment focuses on exploring and validating new ways of doing business beyond traditional product sales within the cluster environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research, customer analysis, and internal capability assessments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Identifying unmet customer needs, operational gaps, and commercial opportunities for innovation.
  • Exploring new business models, including value-added services, partnerships, alternative go-to-market approaches, and digital or data-driven offerings.
  • Benchmarking internal and external best practices and translating them into actionable concepts.
  • Developing business concepts, value propositions, and feasibility assessments, including scalability and risks.
  • Designing and supporting the execution of at least one pilot initiative within the cluster.
  • Preparing business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for management.
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and practical implementation.
What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for individuals who are eager to take ownership early in their careers and thrive in an exploratory and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts (cost structures, margins, business cases).
  • Ability to work with data and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (analytical tools are a plus).
  • Interest in business model innovation, strategy, and operational excellence.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very good command of English (Polish is a strong advantage).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~30%) within the country/cluster.
  • Driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
