What’s in it for you?
  • A highly varied position with opportunities to contribute across multiple strategic initiatives and improvement areas.
  • Build a broad network and collaborate with colleagues across IT and the business.
  • Shape new ways of working while developing your own responsibilities and areas of impact over time.

About the job

You help the CIO Office translate strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and improvement opportunities into structured execution and measurable outcomes. Your main focus is business development, while you also ensure stable governance and continuous improvement within IT Asset & Configuration Management.

Job responsibilities
  • Drive and support business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up.
  • Help execute strategy, improve ways of working, and create transparency across priorities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities.
  • Create clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to move initiatives forward.
  • Own and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.

Location

This position is based on-site in Sandviken or Stockholm.

Your profile

With a practical mindset and a strong understanding of how people, processes, and business priorities connect, you turn complex challenges into clear and actionable plans. You’re comfortable coordinating several initiatives and driving progress through collaboration rather than formal authority.

Your background includes
  • A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably within IT, business, engineering, industrial management, or another relevant field.
  • Experience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area.
  • Proven ability to create structure, prioritize effectively and move multiple initiatives forward.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across different parts of an organization.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

Experience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM is beneficial. Knowledge of portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation or innovation initiatives is also an advantage, as is an interest in AI, automation, and modern digital ways of working.

You’re proactive and solution-oriented, creating clarity when priorities change or situations are ambiguous. Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence, coordinate, and bring people together, while your collaborative approach supports continuous improvement and enables others to succeed.

The team

You join the Business Support team within the CIO Office. The team works closely across IT and the business, supporting transformation, business development, strategy execution, and continuous improvement through frequent collaboration with different functions and business areas.
