Business Data Analyst

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Are you an automotive fan and have a passion for data analysis? Do you enjoy collecting and analyzing data to detect improvements? MSXI has the job for you!

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join our team in Rome.

The Role

As part of our team, you will support the data management and analysis processes as well as the development and deployment of our Data and AI literacy program. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes. Your key tasks will be:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into Lean program performance and business operations
• Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholder
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Business Data Analyst has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, as well as: 

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with background in data analytics and AI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entry level knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
• Fluent level of English
