Job Description:
This position will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making. They will deliver this through expertise in our data and reporting/dashboarding that provides actionable insights.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Conduct meetings with stakeholders across departments (e.g. sales, marketing, finance, IT, etc.) to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze complex business problems and identify root causes, proposing practical and effective solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management, highlighting trends and anomalies.
Utilize data to support forecasting, production planning, and strategic decision-making.
System Implementation and Support:
Perform QA and UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation to end-users.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of business improvement projects, often involving cross-functional teams and external partners.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of company route-to-market strategies, sales pipelines, key customer segments and their respective journeys.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization..
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
Systems:
Advanced MS Excel user, proficient in Microsoft applications, Google Suite, Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, DOMO, etc.) preferred
Familiarity with navigating Salesforce CRM, SQL, R and/or Python, Jira, Confluence or Lucid preferred

Cambria’s starting salary/hourly range for this position is $61,000-82,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
