Key Responsibilities will include :
SLA Analysis & management
- Analyze Service Level Agreement (SLAs) to track and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
- Work closely with Sales and Client Success partners to facilitate SLA renewals and amendments
- Provide data-driven insights to assess the financial impact of SLA terms and suggest improvements
RFP Requests & Documentation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to review and respond to Request for proposals (RFPs) related to SLAs.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of financial and operational metrics in proposals.
- Maintain a repository of SLA-related documents and track changes for future.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to SLAs and revenue streams
- Generate reports on SLA performance, penalties, and financial impacts on business operations
- Communication & Stakeholder collaboration:
- Draft clear and professional emails to communicate SLA updates, renewal requirements, and RFP responses.
- Liaise with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth flow of SLA related information.
- Act as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Client Success team to align SLA terms with business goals.
Experience and skills required:
- 1-3 yrs of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent email writing and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
