The opportunity:
To ensure that the Grid Automation business in Indonesia delivers the financial performance and meets the financial targets. Take overall financial responsibility for the P&L result of the Grid Automation business in Indonesia
Financial business partner to APAC region & responsible for overall project controlling activities.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will provide decision support to HUB management with fast and high-quality financial information (budget, forecast, actuals), keep costs under control and initiates adjustments as early as possible, identify opportunities of cost savings within the business and review and approve all financial elements of tenders submitted for risk review and comply with the company risk review policies and procedures.
You will support the tender manager by reviewing and advising on financial/commercial aspects, participate in negotiations on contractual terms and conditions (clients, consortia, subcontractors, suppliers), risk reviews, contract structuring and negotiations, tax issues, cash flow analysis, assignment conditions, review and approve that financial cost calculation, cash-flow and exposure curves are prepared properly.
You will coordinate with tax, treasury and legal best possible ways to sell in challenging countries, ensure all projects in execution are reviewed and comply with the business’s project review policies and procedures.
You will coordinate finance support and maintain good relationship with local Hitachi Energy management, support business development and restructuring activities in APAC region and responsible for budget setting for Grid Automation business in Indonesia.
You will assist in coordinating pass through business for in APAC region, revenue recognition policy responsible in APAC region for Enterprise Software, Automation Control, Power Conversion Systems.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s in commerce degree in accounting or equivalent.
More than 5 years of experience in Electrical Manufacturing or Power Industry or similar role.
Experience across Electrical Industry within construction, Utilities, Power Generation or Power Systems projects an advantage.
Awareness of power system technology, advanced computer skills across SAP, MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, SalesForce.
Expresses opinions, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positions and ability to work with different cultures and nationalities and time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail.
