How You Will Contribute

• Prepare financial reports, business analyses, forecasts, and management information to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Support and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, cost center accounting, and variance analyses.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support effective financial planning.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business activities.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
• Monitor and oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and related financial reporting.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

Your Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance, controlling, accounting, or business analysis role.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and financial analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
