QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduates of Business Administration, Economics or other related departments of high-ranked universities
· At least 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in a global company
· Financial knowledge to read and asses financial data, basic accounting knowledge
· Fluent in English and Turkish
· Excellent analytical and Excel skills
· SAP knowledge is an asset
· Outstanding ability to persuade and influence
· Strong prioritization and time management skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Highest level of integrity and ethical standards
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Review rebate invoice requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Process rebate invoices efficiently within the SAP system
· Distribute mid-month reports to Sales Management and Customer Service, outlining rebate invoices processed during the period
· Review the month-end accrual file for accuracy and assist Customer Service with inquiries related to its preparation
· Prepare and distribute a monthly report detailing updated inflation and exchange rates
· Conduct P&L analysis for new customer contracts, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure proper contract setup in Pusula
· Facilitate the accurate and timely processing of prebate invoices
· Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
