We have an exciting opportunity to join us here at Covéa Insurance as a Business Continuity Analyst, within our IT Governance Team!

At Covéa Insurance, we’re all about protecting what matters most - whether it’s your home, your car, or your business. With our award-winning customer service and a wide range of insurance products, we’re here to make a real difference.

This role is a driving force behind our organisation’s resilience. You’ll take charge of building a Business Continuity capability that’s strong, agile, and ready for anything - designing, governing, testing, and constantly elevating how we protect our critical services.

This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and in our Halifax office as required.

At Covéa, balance matters. We know life is busy, so we’re open to flexible hours, different working patterns, and arrangements that fit your circumstances. Many of our colleagues already work flexibly, including from home, and we’re always happy to explore what works best for you.

Step into a role where your potential is valued and your growth is supported.

  • Delivering clear assurance reporting with key metrics, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Supporting disruption response by guiding teams on recovery priorities.
  • Contributing to audits and continually strengthening Covea’s Business Continuity framework.

What will help you stand out?

  • Experience in Business Continuity, crisis management, or a related field, with strong knowledge of BC principles and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
  • Financial or insurance sector experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and confident stakeholder management.
