We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Consultant to join our team in Chile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and has a passion for designing impactful business solutions.

• Client Engagement:
  Gather, document, and design the requirements established by the client; participate in meetings with them and with the internal NCRVoyix team to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Solution Design & Delivery:
  Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate client needs into actionable solutions and support implementation.

• Project Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and met.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the consulting team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Experience with enterprise software or digital transformation projects is a plus.
