Your Mission

As Business Consultant & Application Manager - Finance and People Systems, you act as the key link between our Finance and People & Organization teams and Business IT, ensuring that our systems support efficient, reliable, and scalable business processes worldwide.

You will own and continuously improve TOMRA's Finance and P&O application landscape, with a particular focus on IFS Cloud ERP, related integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead software implementation and digitalization projects from requirements gathering to go-live and support
  • Analyze and optimize Finance and P&O business processes together with global stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable application solutions
  • Own and enhance the Finance and P&O application landscape, focusing on IFS Cloud ERP and related systems
  • Manage interfaces between internal systems, external partners, and software vendors
  • Support application lifecycle management, including incidents, changes, and continuous improvements
  • Provide training and support to business users
  • Maintain system and process documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP Consulting, Application Management, Business Applications, or IT Project Management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud; SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics experience is also welcome
  • Experience working with Finance, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or HR/P&O processes
  • Strong process analysis and process optimization skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with agile ways of working is an advantage
  • Business fluent English; German is a plus
