Lloyd's is seeking to recruit a Business Change Manager to help shape and deliver change across Corporation Services — supporting Finance, Actuarial, Tax, Investments & Treasury, Member Services, Procurement, Legal, Risk and HR.You’ll turn strategy into action. You’ll work across teams to prioritise what matters. And you’ll deliver change that makes a real difference.
What you’ll do
You’ll sit in our Change team in Operations. That’s where we connect strategy to delivery and make change happen.
In this role, you will:
- Work with stakeholders to understand priorities and shape clear, high‑value change
- Translate strategy into practical plans, roadmaps and outcomes
- Support portfolio decisions with clear insight on value, risk and cost
- Lead delivery of key initiatives and ensure strong mobilisation
- Define and track benefits so we deliver measurable impact
- Identify risks and dependencies early and act on them
- Support continuous improvement across processes and colleague experience
- Bring structure and clarity through strong analysis and governance
- Stay curious about market, regulatory and technology trends
You’re comfortable working in complexity. You ask the right questions. And you focus on outcomes.
You’ll have:
- Experience delivering business change or transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Experience across the change lifecycle, from shaping through to delivery
- Confidence working in a regulated environment
- A collaborative approach across teams and partners
- Experience working across Finance, HR, Risk or similar functions — or within financial services — will help you make an impact quickly.
